Pakistan vs World XI 1st T20I Live Streaming

It’s time Pakistan captain Sarfaraz Ahmed continues with his 7-1 wonderful record in T20Is. He’d definitely like to take the momentum from Champions Trophy straight into this 3-match T20I series as well. He has some good players under his command and will be expected to marshal his troops to a big win here. Faf du Plessis, on the other hand, is leading World XI and he’s in Pakistan for a cause. Though cricket revival in this part of the world will be his biggest achievement but he’d want to give his hundred percent to make sure cricket fans have something great to experience.

Pakistan Strengths

Pakistan will be playing these T20Is with their full strength and all the big names will be taking part in the 1st T20I. As for their batting strengths, Pakistan will mainly be relying on three players i.e. Fakhar Zaman, Babar Azam and Shoaib Malik. Fakhar, as we all know, impressed at the top a lot with his performances in Champions Trophy where he got to a ton finally in the big Final against India. Malik has also played some good knocks recently in his CPL stint. And, Babar Azam, averaging over 50 in T20Is is definitely becoming their Mr. Dependable. They also have a couple of big hitters down the order with the likes of Sarfaraz Ahmed, Faheem Ashraf and Imad Wasim.

As for their bowling, Mohammad Amir will be missed as he’s attending his wife in London after delivery. So, it will be Sohail Khan and Hasan Ali who will be taking the lead expectedly. Usman Khan might also get a game on his comeback to the T20I side. But all eyes will be on Shadab Khan who really is the next big sensation for the Pakistani bowling lineup.

World XI Strengths

As mentioned earlier, World XI is coming with lots of stars in it and have strong batting and bowling lineup. Hashim Amla and Tamim Iqbal are expected to open for them and we all know how flamboyant Tamim can be and how aggressive Amla can get. Tamim is also in good form with some big knocks against Australia and India of late. Besides, their batting will rely on players like Paul Collingwood, Grant Elliott, David Miller and George Bailey. All these players have been accredited as good T20I batsmen for their respective countries. So, we can really expect a good contest between bat and ball.

World XI doesn’t lag behind in bowling department either. Ben Cutting and Morne Morkel will be expected to lead the attack for them in the all-important 1st T20I. Thisara Perera and Grant Elliott both can bowl as well. They will also test Pakistani batsmen with the spin of Imran Tahir and Samuel Badree. However, we still have to wait and watch who makes it to the final XI today and how it all goes in the middle.
