Afghanistan vs West Indies Live Streaming
Afghanistan have really gave great account of their bowling capabilities in this series as even after getting out for such low totals as 135, they have managed to keep their hopes alive and dragged the game to a situation where they could have easily won it had they got a wicket or two more. They will be going into the last ODI with extreme confidence and will be hoping for one more win here to record their first ODI series win against a full-member team. West Indies, on the other hand, would like to continue with their winning momentum and avoid an unlikely series defeat against the minnows. Let’s see how it turns out.
Afghanistan’s real strength actually lies in the leg-spin bowling of Rashid Khan. If he manages to pull off one magical spell today then Afghanistan is surely going to create history. Gulbadin Naib is another bowler who has bowled decently throughout the series and will be expected to continue the same way.
In the batting department, however, Afghanistan really need to put things right. Only Gulbadin Naib looked convincing with the bat having scored 51 and 41* in the two games played so far. Javed Ahmadi also scored 81 in the first game and both will be expected to take Afghanistan to a respectable total in the final game of the series that is going to decide the result of this ODI series as well. Noor Ali Zadran, Asghar Stanikzai and Samiullah Shenwari can also play a key role if they get going.
West Indies Strengths
West Indies batting hasn’t really shown its colors as we haven’t seen any big performances yet from the West Indian batsmen. The only absorbing knock was played by Shai Hope in the last game as he scored 48 from 77 balls. He also topped the scorecard in last game as well with his 35 but couldn’t really help his side get over the line. West Indies will be expecting far better effort from some of their key batsmen with the likes of Roston Chase, Jason Mohammed and Jason Holder.
They have done pretty well so far in the bowling department and haven’t yet allowed Afghanistan to take them to the firing line. Shannon Gabriel, Ashley Nurse and Jason Holder have all been amongst wickets and will be expected to perform well with the ball in 3rd ODI as well.
