The Indians were going quite well in the 1st ODI before the rain came down and it was all washed off. The two sides will now start it all again as they take on each other at the very same venue in the 2nd ODI of the series. Chances are that India will give another commanding performance but as West Indies pull the breaks in the last game, they might expect to do something similar to turn the game into their favor.
India vs West Indies 2nd ODI Astrological Prediction
The crumbling West Indian outfit looked quite reasonable in the first game as they reduced powerful batting lineup of India to 199 for 3 in 39.2 overs before the rain came. Despite a wonderful start, Indian batsmen looked stuck at the wicket in the middle overs and that’s what they’d like to avoid in the second game. It’s now time for our prediction and we’d still go with India as they are the favorites going into this game.
India will be depending on their top 3 in the batting department as they are amongst runs. Even the new inclusion, Ajinkya Rahane, scored at the top and looked wonderful with his 62 runs knock from 78 balls. Indian middle order, however, seem to struggle and it will be a test for them ahead of the 2nd ODI to get going fluently and carry on with the momentum set by the Indian openers.
In the bowling department, India played Kuldeep Yadav ahead of Jasprit Bumrah in the first ODI and will be expected to go with the same attack. Ashwin, Kumar and Umesh Yadav can play a vital role for them with the ball in the next game.
As for the West Indians, it’s still going to be a big test as we haven’t yet seen their whole performance in the first game. They’ll also be expected to go with the same eleven. Holder, Joseph and Bishoo bowled well in the first game and, especially, Holder and Bishoo were quite economical as well. They have some good batsmen with the likes of Ewin Lewis, Shai Hope, Roston Chase and Jason Mohammed as well. So, they will be expecting to put a whole hearted performance forward on the day. It really is going to be an interesting game of cricket.
